For a long time we’ve been watching a split in the netbook segment. While one sector is adding advanced functionalities and a slightly bigger screen to give rise to a group of sub-notebooks, another section is trying to merge the uniqueness of smartphones and netbooks, to develop a new breed of smartbooks.
